I picked up my new car (new to me) today. I just wanted to pass on my thanks to Chris Gregg. I have owned Fiestas since I was 17 yrs old. Unfortunately I am no longer 17 yrs old but I do have some car buying experience.
I was taken to the Kia garage by my long suffering husband who wanted me to look at a different car when my 10 yr old fiesta was due for replacement. Chris showed me a kia rio 3 and took me for a test drive. I was impressed with his customer service which exceeded that provided by the Ford dealer by a country mile. I did not get any hard sell which would have sent me running for the hills. Proper customer service and a passion to do the right thing moved me from Ford to Kia.
Your customer service was awesome and I bought the kia rio. Maybe it helped that it is my favourite colour but I am not that transparent. Your customer service won the day and I am now the proud owner of a Rio.
