The whole process ran very smoothly in fact I received my car earlier than thought, so was delighted. The customer care I received from yourself was second to none and I really am grateful for all the help and advice you provided me.

Being a brand snob I came looking really for a comparison to the Audi, BMW and VW Jeeps (and if I am truthful to shut my husband up!) not thinking for one moment I would be spending the weekend trying to find a reason why I should not go with the Kia.

You offered me everything I wanted and more, and at a better price - which meant that I could own a brand new car with a 7 year warranty, what was there to say no to?

I purchased my Kia Sportage from West End Garage in May 2011. I was extremely impressed with the service that I received there ( I worked as a Customer Services Manager at Bupa for 19 years and as such my standards are incredibly high).

I found the staff very accomodating and I never once felt any undue pressure from the salesman which I think most people find disagreeable.

He explained everything to me in great detail and never made me feel stupid when I asked some rather silly questions.

I have since reversed my car into a post and returned to the garage to discuss my best course of action. They went out of their way to help me and put right the damage. A guy from service came out and polished out the marks immediately and I have booked the car in to get a back light replaced. Whilst there the salesman came out for a chat and to check that I was OK.

All in all they made me feel valued, looked after and an individual (they remember who I am and my little boy). They call you when they say they will and you believe that they have your best interests in mind.

I am sure that I will be treated the same the whole time that I own my KIA.

I would recommend a KIA to anybody and in particular I would suggest that they visit this particular garage.

After spotting a Kia Sportage on the road and with the pending arrival of our first offspring, my hubby and I arranged a test drive with the guys at West End Garage.

The car sold itself, with a sporty exterior and all the gadgets you need for a comfy and safe drive, we were delighted to put our order in immediately.

What's more, it was a refeshing surprise to enjoy the test drive and chat after with dedicated staff who know their stuff and don't attack with the 'hard sell'. Instead we were greeted with a warm smile, offered a cuppa and invited to have a stroll around the forecourt at our leisure.Given how popular the Sportage has been, we found that there were long waiting lists at other dealerships, the guys at West End were really helpful and against the odds were able to supply our new Sportage in time for the arrival of our beautiful baby girl!

It was a pleasure dealing with West End Garage and we would highly recommend Andrew MacDonald and all of the team, in fact following our purchase and recommendation, we have close friends who have also now made a Sportage purchase from Damian.

... I had my handbag stolen.
