Where It All Began: 1969

The garage was established back in 1969 by Donald Dunne, a former oil company representative who initially took over the site as a local petrol station. From day one, the vision was built around honest communication, dependable workmanship, and treating local drivers right.

Rather than chasing quick sales, Donald focused on nurturing long-term relationships with customers across Woking, Guildford, Camberley, and beyond.

Passing the Torch: A True Family Business

Today, the tradition of personal care continues under the second generation. The business is proudly owned and managed by Donald's two sons, Damian and Brendan Dunne.

Having grown up alongside the business, Damian and Brendan maintain the hands-on, community-first ethos that started back in the late sixties. Whether a customer is coming in for a routine MOT, an expert smart repair on a scuffed diamond-cut alloy, or upgrading to a brand-new vehicle, that family-run approach remains unchanged.

Over five decades, the automotive landscape has shifted dramatically. West End Garage has continuously adapted alongside modern engineering—evolving from early petrol days into a premier destination for vehicle servicing, advanced diagnostics, and modern efficient motoring.

This will be either a fixed fee, or a fixed percentage of the amount that you borrow. This may be linked to the vehicle model you choose. Lenders of vehicle manufacturers may also provide preferential rates to us for the funding of our vehicle stock and also provide financial support for our training and marketing. But any such amounts they and other lenders pay us will not affect the amounts you pay under your finance agreement. Before we propose you to a potential lender, we will tell you of the likely amount of commission we will receive and seek your consent to receiving this commission. The exact amount of commission will be confirmed before you sign your finance agreement. All finance applications are subject to status, terms and conditions apply, UK residents only, 18s or over.
